Food Processing Efficiency Project

The purpose of this project was to reduce product waste between product changes and increase operational efficiency.

The design that was developed called for two new swing panels and modifications to other existing swing panels.  New piping was routed between the swing panels. 

Benefits from this project have been:

Reduced downtime while switching brands.
Reduced product waste to sewer while switching brands.
Ability to set-up next piping route for product ahead of time.
Less “clutter” in the aisle ways from product hoses.
Increased flexibility of where to send product.
